We tried fixing our ops before. It didn't work.
That's probably the most common thing we hear. Usually it failed for one of three reasons: someone tried to build it themselves without dedicated time, a freelancer built what they knew rather than what was needed, or a consultant gave a plan but nobody implemented it. We start with an audit of how things actually work - not assumptions. And we build it, not just advise on it.
We already have CRM and tools in place. Do we need to start over?
No. We work with what you have. If your CRM is already in place, we audit how it's being used, fix the gaps, and connect it to the rest of your workflow. We only suggest replacing tools if there's a clear reason - not by default.
What if we become dependent on you to keep things running?
We build to hand off. Everything is documented with step-by-step guides so your team can run it without us from day one. We use off-the-shelf no-code tools - Airtable, Zapier, Make - that any tech-literate person can manage. You won't need us to keep the lights on.
We think we can handle this internally.
That works if someone has the time and headspace for it. Usually the issue is bandwidth, not capability. Building a proper system takes 3-4 weeks of focused work: mapping processes, configuring tools, writing SOPs, training the team. If someone on your team has that dedicated time right now - go for it. Most of our clients come to us precisely because that time never materialises.
How do I know the investment will pay off?
We include a cost breakdown in every proposal: what the current situation is costing you in time, leads lost, and admin overhead - versus the project cost. Our business is quite specific. Will you understand our niche?
We've built systems for real estate agencies, automotive import, fleet management, 3D printing e-commerce, and recruitment. Different niche, same underlying problems - scattered data, manual follow-ups, no visibility, owner dependency. The audit call is where we figure out your specifics before proposing anything.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer or a no-code agency?
Freelancers build what they know. We start with an audit of what you actually need. No-code agencies connect tools. We design the process first, then build the automation on top.
